Please complete this registration form if you want your child  to attend The Christian Community Children's Summer Day Camp, for children between the ages of 7 and 14, which takes place at the community property at 4221 Metzerott Rd, College Park, MD.

The deadline for submission of this registration form is June 3rd.  

The total costs of camp is $250, which includes a non-refundable $25 registration fee.  Please make checks out to The Christian Community with "Day Camp" in the Memo line.
