2012 SLU Chamber of Commerce Trade Show

When: September 19th from 11-3 pm.

Important notes:
-Exhibit space is limited. We cannot guarantee space will remain available. Exhibitors must be Chamber members.
-Exhibit space and sponsor requests will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
-Event sponsors receive table location priority.
-Table allotment and locations will be at will at the discretion of the Chamber.
-Completion of the registration form does not guarantee space, confirmation will be emailed once the registration is processed and approved.
-Payment in full is expected by 8/31 unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Taking into account the first come first served basis, it remains in the Chamber’s discretion to limit the amount of vendors within similar industries.
-One 6' table will be provided to exhibitors. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own signage.
-You will receive registration/invoice confirmation and detailed load-in/out instructions via email.
-Cancellation policy: 100% refund less a $50 administrative fee will be granted if cancellation is received via email by 5:00 pm on 8/31.
