Northstar Ski & Snowboard Team Registration 2014/2015 Season

STEP #1 - Please fill out this form. You must submit one form PER each child/athlete. Thank you. STEP #2 - A representative from the Northstar Season Pass Office will contact you for payment unless you choose another option . STEP #3 - After payment is received by Northstar Season Pass Office, you will receive an email confirmation with a packet of information, including the Parents' Survival Guide to the season. We look forward to a great 2014/15 Season!

Starter Ski Team

NOTES TO READ & CONSIDER: Our Starter Ski Teams are great options for children just getting into skiing (see min. level requirements), or for families who cannot commit to higher level programs of 45+ days on the snow. Parents must be on the mountain and accessible via cell phone to help assist in pick up if their child is sick, tired, has exceptional behavior issues, or potty accidents. "Pioneer Fun Races & BBQ's" are an extra fee. These are optional participation events and registration will open closer to the event dates. You will receive the "Parents' Survival Guide" to help answer more questions. The Guide will be sent via email as a PDF within 1-2 weeks after your registration has been processed.


Development Ski Team Programs

NOTES TO READ & CONSIDER: Our Development Ski Team Programs are for athletes ready for that next step in skill and commitment. Alpine Race Development: PLEASE NOTE, we do have a "drop-in" fee for those interested in extra training days outside of Weekends & Holidays. First drop-in is complimentary. Every drop-in after that is $100. You may want to consider upgrading to the "PLUS" program (1/2 Thurs, all day Fri, Sat, Sun), if you think your "drop-in" fees may exceed the price difference. Weekday training is "optional". You will receive the "Parents' Survival Guide" to help answer more questions. The Guide will be send via email as a PDF within 1-2 weeks after your registration has been processed.


Competitive Ski Team Programs

NOTES TO READ & CONSIDER: Our "Weekend + Holidays" programs do have a "drop-in" fee for those interested in extra training days outside of Weekends & Holidays. First drop-in is complimentary. Every drop-in after that is $150. You may want to consider upgrading to the "PLUS" program (1/2 day Wed, 1/2 day Thurs, all day Fri, Sat, Sun), if you think your "drop-in" fees may exceed the price difference. Week day training is "optional". You will receive the "Parents' Survival Guide" to help answer more questions. The Guide will be send via email as a PDF within 1-2 weeks after your registration has been processed.



For Snowboard Programs, please review:

Athlete must be age appropriate as of 12/31/14. No Exceptions. ----------------------------- Trail Blazers = Early development program Devo = Development program Comp = Competitive program for those with solid development, technique and ability ----------------------------- RIDER LEVELS: Trailblazer Minimum: Must be able to make cautious heel side/toe side turns on Green terrain and load/unload Big Easy chair without help. Trailblazer Maximum: Child is consistently linking turns on steeper Blue terrain. Devo Minimum: Consistently link turns without stopping on Blue terrain Comp Team: Coach's recommendation You will receive the "Parents' Survival Guide" to help answer more questions. The Guide will be send via email as a PDF within 1-2 weeks after your registration has been processed.



























Lockers

Prices - $200 for 1/3 of a locker - $400 for 2/3 of a locker - $600 for whole locker Guidelines: ~ Up to 3 kids per locker ~ Lockers are on a First Come/First Served basis. There may be additional opportunities to reserve a locker at a later date, if still available. ~ Due to the volume of people in the locker room, lockers are only for kids registered in Teams programs (no unregistered siblings or adults may store equipment). Of course parents may escort their children in the locker room, just not store their equipment in there also. ~ Locker charges will happen in the late Fall season, when we start gearing up for the start of programs. This will be a good time to request what families want to "share" a locker.


Team Sweatshirts - $30

All-Team Sweatshirts will be available in December. Payments will "NOT" be collected at this time, but please consider pre-ordering now to reserve your sweatshirts and help us forecast. Thank you.
