Name that Trail!
Nevada State Parks is soliciting ideas for the new trail being constructed between the Tahoe Rim Trail at the Marlette Peak Campground and the Bottom of Sunflower Hill near Hobart Reservoir.  This multi-use singletrack twists and turns through 2.6 miles of forested slopes as it loses about 800' in elevation.  It has been referred to as the Marlette-Hobart Trail during construction.  It should be completed in July or August of 2012.  Please enter any ideas that you have, a committee made up of State Parks and bike patrol members will decide the best 5 suggestions that meet State Parks trail naming criteria and those will be presented to an open vote.
