Interns are placed in one of our departments: Communications (which includes Development), Finance and Operations, Human Capital & Strategic Initiatives (which includes school support), and School Performance Department. The School Performance Department includes four teams: Charter Agreement, School Quality and Accountability, Data, and Equity and Fidelity, although many of the teams use data. Interns in the School Performance Department will be placed based on skills, interests, and experience with data.
