Terms and Conditions:

In the event that the registrant wouldn’t be able to attend the program and the registrant wants to reschedule his/her slot, he/she should inform Inspire at least 3 days prior to the event. If the registrant fails to inform Inspire 3 days prior to the event, the registrant shall be fined 30% of the program fee. For registrants who wish to cancel their registration, he/she should inform Inspire 3 days prior to the event, should they fail to inform Inspire 3 days before the event, the registrant shall be fined 50% of the program fee.


Kindly fill out the form below to register. Inspire currently accepts Cash and Check payment methods. Payment should be made within 2 days after registration for individual participants and within 5 days for corporate participants.

NOTE: Pls. bring the confirmation page at the end of this registration process and your deposit slip at the day of the program.
 Inspire has the right not to accept participants or move the schedule of the program whatever it may deem necessary.
