Marathon Kids Registration
Once this form is filled out and submitted, your child is registered to take part in the Marathon Kids program.  Please fill out one form for each child you wish to register.  Every child that is registered will receive a mileage log to help them keep track of their progress.  Thank you for helping to promote a healthy lifestyle for your child!
