<Center>If you have reached this form, you have been invited to the 5th Annual Happy Valley Invitational at the Pennsylvania State University!

Registration Fee & Instructions:
Please note that registration is limited to 2 teams per school based on availability; schools' additional teams will be wait-listed and invited as necessary.

Registration Fee is $135 per team w/out a judge and $110 per team w/ a judge. Late fees will be charged after Thursday, September 6th, at a rate of $150 per team.
