2013 HRRA Adult Winter Training
A three day a week program designed as a sport specific training routine to develop balance, strength and endurance in preparation for the summer water season. The tools used will be ergs, plyometrics, weights, yoga and running. This program is open to all HRRA adult athletes who want to hit the water in great shape and is HIGHLY encouraged for athletes who wish to compete with the Advanced Team this summer.

FEE: $65
DATES: January 3 to March 14

PRACTICE SESSIONS:
Tuesdays: 6 to 7:30pm
Thursdays ~ Yoga: 6 to 7:30pm
Thursdays ~ Running: 6 to 7pm
Saturdays: 8:30 to 10:30am

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to practice.
