3. This request form is for schools in the following 16 Cumberland Plateau counties: Bledsoe, Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Scott, Smith, Van Buren, Warren , and White

4. Students who win awards and honorable mention in your school's fair are eligible to compete in the Cumberland Plateau Regional Science & Engineering Fair.
