The Talent Showcase will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2012 in the WWHS Auditorium.

I understand that this act will be given five minutes to perform and I agree to stay within that timeframe unless approved otherwise.  I will also bring any props or music that I need for my performance to the audition and the performance.  All acts must be suitable for audiences of all ages. *

I understand that the audition must be in full costume and all performers must be present at the audition in order to perform in the Talent Showcase unless approved prior to the audition date. *

I understand that a non-refundable $5 application fee is due at the time of the audition. This fee will help to offset the cost of running the production. The $5 application fee is required of each act auditioning (individual or group), and will not be refunded even if the act is not selected for the Talent Showcase. *
Those selected to perform in the Talent Showcase will NOT need to purchase a ticket for the show, however, performers will not be guaranteed a seat (ex. if the show is sold out).
