Arlington Green Patriot Award Nomination Form for 2017

The Arlington Green Patriot Awards recognize an individual and a business or organization that exemplify sustainability in more than one aspect of their recent life or operations in order to better civic life in Arlington, Virginia. Two distinct awards will be given: one for an individual and one for a business or organization. NOTE: Winners* from prior years will not be considered for this year's nominations (so that we can spread the love around).

To nominate, please complete this form on-line by close of business on Monday, April 10, 2017.

The awards will be presented on Wednesday, April 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment screening of the film, "This Changes Everything," at the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse, 2903 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204. The Award is sponsored by Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment in conjunction with George Mason University's Arlington Campus, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce's Green Business Committee, and the Arlington County Office of Sustainability and Environmental Management.
