Basically, volunteer tasks can be for  example keeping the premises in order, driving the mini bus shuttle  service, setting up sufficient wlan for all of the participants, helping  to allocate spaces to the session organizers and such. If you are an experienced conference organizer, you can even suggest something you  think that should be taken care of we haven't yet considered.

The application process goes in three simple steps: 1. Send us your application via this form 2. We'll contact you in any case and let you know if you're entitled to a volunteer pass. 3. We'll let you know what tasks there are available and if you decide to volunteer we'll send you an invoice that you pay.

The number of Volunteer passes is limited to 15, but the number is subject to change to either direction if the core team decides so.
