To ensure that we maintain respondent confidentiality, we require that you agree to some brief guidelines before accessing our data, as well as providing us with an overview of how you will be using the data. Please fill out the request form and you will receive a password with which to access the data shortly. You will only receive passwords for the sections of the data that you have requested.

Condition 1 *
Once accessed, the data will only be used for the project specified below. Different projects are required to submit requests independently, even if the researchers involved are the same.
Condition 2 *
Only individuals specified in the request are permitted to view the data. Should more individuals later need access to the data, a new request should be submitted.
Condition 3 *
Under no circumstances may any attempt be made to identify households or individual respondents.
