Hi guys this is an upcoming event held by inmotion! As the title says , this event is a climb but since we're volunteering we probably won't be climbing :( . Although it has not been confirmed yet, our duties may vary from helping guests sign in, passing out refreshments, or guiding the climbers throughout the building. I've already talked to the event assistant but she needs to know exactly how many of you guys are willing to volunteer before she can designate any assignments to us! Therefore i am not 100% sure what we will be doing yet but I'll update the details to those who sign up, on a later date. The event will take place on Thursday, October 6th after school. We will be helping out from 4:30-9:30. Although most of you probably won't stay until 9:30 please sign up anyways because you could always help for an hour or two. The last thing you need to be aware of is that in order to take part in this event it is MANDATORY to register online as well.

1. The link will take you to the inMotion story by story climb website.
2. Afterwards click the link that says "Volunteer at the event" on the far right hand corner of the website
3. Fill out the required information.
4. For company name make sure to write the "Bronx Science key club"
5. For the part that says "We need volunteers to serve between 1:00 pm-9:30 pm. Use the text field ...availability." make sure to write "available after 4:30pm".


Please remember that this event will be on a Thursday evening. The location of the event is 1411 Broadway between 39th and 40th Street but we will be meeting up after school anyways and going to the event as a group. Although i know it's a bit unfair you need to be AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD to participate. Thanks for understanding and i hope a lot of you guys sign up!
