Admission Policies:

Manufacturers and Students: FREE Admittance
You must provide business credentials, such as: Business License, Business Card and or Company ID, to obtain a show badge.

Only sportswear, active wear, fashion apparel, accessories, footwear manufacturers, sewn products industry buyers, freelance designers and developers are permitted to walk the show. Example of Manufactures: Adidas, Columbia Sportswear, Danner, New Balance, Nike, Reebok, Stride Rite, Liz Claiborne, DKNY, etc.

All others must obtain permission from show management before walking the show(s). Please visit our website for current attendee list.

Non-Exhibiting Suppliers of Materials, Components and Industry Services are required to pay $495.00 per person to walk the show.

First time Non-Exhibiting Suppliers may be granted a pass to walk the show. Please contact us at: mtrlshow@aol.com

Solicitation by non-exhibiting suppliers to show attendees,or exhibiting suppliers “Suit-casing”: is prohibited by American Events, Inc. (NW and the NE AFM Shows).
Examples of Solicitors:
*non-Exhibiting materials and components suppliers.
*Freight forwarders and Shipping companies
*non-invited state or city organizations *non-invited Color and trend companies *non-exhibiting Media organizations and Industry magazines (selling ads)
*Head hunter and Recruiters
*Competing Trade show organizers/promoters
*Libraries and Studios and other competitive or non-essential entities to the show and exhibitors.

Press badges are available to editorial members of the press, editorial staff, photographers and news media. Photography is prohibited without permission of show management. You will be asked to leave.

Important note: Advertising sales representatives are not granted press passes. Please contact show management for any inquiries.
