The speaker for our May meeting (exact date and time to be confirmed) will be French Brown, who is the Deputy Director of the Technical Assistance and Dispute Resolution section of the Florida Department of Revenue. This section provides legal and administrative guidance regarding Florida's state taxes.  Mr. Brown will be speaking about sales and other tax issues of concern to leasing practitioners, landlords and tenants.
