What kind of class would you like to schedule?
If you are unsure of the difference between a tour and an instruction session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not recommend scheduling a tour and instruction session in the same class period, but we can accommodate it, if necessary.
Library tour first, and instruction session at a later date
Library tour and instruction session in the same class period
Something else! I'll contact a librarian to explain.
Where would you like the class to take place?
A tour must take place in the library, but if your class meets in a .5 classroom (with built-in computer and projector), a librarian may be able to come to your classroom for an instruction session. Otherwise, instruction sessions will take place in the library's classroom.
Somewhere else! I'll contact a librarian to explain.
If you would like the class to take place in a .5 classroom, what is your room number?
What are your preferred date(s) and time(s) for a tour or instruction session?
If your desired date(s) and time(s) are unavailable, are there any other date(s) and time(s) that would work for you?
Please describe the research assignment in your class.
For example, describe the requirements of the assignment, how many sources are required, what kinds of sources are required, etc. If you are not assigning a research project, just write N/A.
Are you interested in any supplemental instruction services for your class?
We'll need advanced notice in order to do these things, so please submit your request as early as possible in order to be accommodated.
