UWA Housing is currently accepting applications for Resident Assistant positions for the 2014 - 2015 academic year. RA applicants must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, although preference is given to applicants with at least a 3.0 GPA. Please note that Patterson Hall requires a minimum of at least a 3.0 GPA. To supplement your application, you are to provide the names and e-mails of two references. One can be from a current or former supervisor, instructor or co-worker. The other reference must be from a UWA faculty or staff member (you may also ask a Resident Assistant). The people providing a reference should be able to rate your work ethic, integrity and your ability to serve as a student leader. We strongly advise that you contact your references to inform them of your intention to apply for this position and to let them know to expect an on-line referral form from UWA Housing staff. Please do not use family members as references.

All candidates who meet the minimum eligibility requirements are expected to attend a 5 minute pre-interview followed by a group interview. You will be contacted to set up an appointment for the pre-interview based on your availability. You will schedule the group interview by making a selection below. During the group interview candidates will participate in a number of activities intended to evaluate each candidate's ability to work with others, think critically, communicate effectively, and be creative, as well as other skills and characteristics desired in our Resident Assistant staff.
