2012 PHRF HANDICAP RENEWAL APPLICATION QUANTUM KEY WEST 2012
If you competed in Key West 2011 and /or 2010 and your boat is in the identical configuration, you are not required to submit a full 2012 PHRF handicap application. However, this renewal application must be submitted as supporting documentation.

The Key West PHRF Consortium reserves the right to assign a different handicap than the one assigned in 2011 or 2010.  It is imperative that the boat owners read and comply with the current PHRF Rules and Regulations.  They are available on the web site (www.Premiere-Racing.com) or by calling Premiere Racing at 781-639-9545.

WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
BASE CREW WEIGHT LIMITATIONS ARE PROVIDED IN THE PHRF RULES AND REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES WERE MADE LAST YEAR TO WEIGHT MAXIMUMS (180 lb less) AND BREAKPOINTS AT 29 and 31 FEET.

A boat's LOA is to be rounded to the nearest foot. For example, a 25.49 foot boat is rounded to 25 feet LOA and is allowed a base crew weight of 720 pounds. A 25.5 foot boat is rounded to 26 feet LOA and is allowed a base crew weight of 900 pounds.

RELEASE
I hereby certify that the information on this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge and my boat is "Fit for Sea".  The undersigned releases the Key West PHRF Consortium and Handicapping Appeals Committee, (herein and hereafter designated KWPC), its representatives and handicappers, Premiere Racing, Inc., and all Sponsors, Suppliers, and Partners of Key West 2012 from any and all claims whatsoever including but not limited to assignment of ratings and changes thereto.

By my dated signature below I acknowledge that all activities of the KWPC are undertaken by volunteers using their own time and funds for their efforts in consideration and assignment of the handicap to be assigned and I hereby waive, release, and cancel any and all claims I may have against Premiere Racing, Inc., all Sponsors, Suppliers, and Partners of Key West 2012, and KWPC, its committee members and representatives arising out of the functions and activities of KWPC and actions of persons fulfilling the duties of KWPC, and do further covenant and agree not to sue or bring activities.

I further certify that the boat described in this application will be racing in the identical configuration as it raced at Key West 2011 or 2010  and as described in the Handicap or Renewal Application.
