It is important to receive feedback as a Support Provider.  Due to the success of meeting with Support Providers one-on-one last year to provide feedback, we will again schedule one-on-one meetings with each of you over the next couple of months.  The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with feedback regarding your role as a Support Provider and to discuss next year.  Please take a moment to complete the short survey.  Your date and time will be sent out to you through an Outlook appointment.  If you have more than one year of experience as a Support Provider within IUSD, then please plan to attend one of the two SP Group Meetings.  I'm looking forward to meeting with all of you.  Thank you.
