OK, let's be honest..........lots of people want to lose weight but never seem to find the motivation to do anything about it. Some people are just fine with being 20 or 30 lbs overweight or have extra inches around their midsection. Tell us why are these goals are important to YOU?
1.) The Iron Will Group Fitness program is a fitness and nutrition coaching program. Meaning it is not your "run-of-the-mill" fitness class, it is a program. If you are reading this survey then that means you have a goal and we want to help guide you on the right path to achieving it. The people we train are motivated and dedicated to changing their lives for the better. We pride ourselves in trying to seperate our program from so many others out there that do not offer much more than some class times. We offer the most efficient and easy to follow fat loss workouts, a PROVEN results-producing nutrition program, goal-setting and accountability (because we want you to succeed), and all the social support anyone could ask for. Now with that said, are you willing to commit to coming to the workouts 2-3 times a week if they wil get you the best results possible?
2.) No fat loss program is complete without a solid nutrition plan, nutrition is 70% of your weight loss battle. As part of the program you will be required to take part in the nutrition program as well where you will receive guidance from a qualified trainer in how to best eat for losing bodyfat and getting lean. There is also nutrition logging and one-on-one nutrition coaching that is part of the program as well.
3.) Current times and days available are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, also Friday @ 6:30 PM & 7:30 PM. You are NOT locked in to any particular time slot. Which of those days and times are you able to attend?
4.) If recommended by a trainer are you willing to do an extra 20-30 minutes of extra work on OFF days (i.e. treadmill, walking, elliptical, bicycling) in order to accelerate your results?
