As a member of Cal Triathlon, I agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct (please write your full name).
As a member of Cal triathlon I agree to abide by the following policies: 1) All team events are alcohol-free. Events include all practices, coaching sessions, team meetings, team travel, training camps, and competitions. This includes anyone who is 21 or older. 2) Consumption of alcohol in private lives must remain private and separate from the infrastructure of the team. There can be no wearing of “Cal Triathlon” gear while drinking. The Cal Triathlon email list shall not be used by anyone to advertise any event that includes alcohol. 3) No team member will organize any event that includes drinking, even when intended as a non-official club gathering, or for which entrance is conditional on team membership. All violations to this policy will be promptly reported to Sports Club Director, Trineice Durst (email@example.com). Any member who knows of a violation but does not report it, is as guilty as the person(s) who committed the violation. 4) Members must train by the following standards whenever at a team practice or while representing Cal Triathlon. This includes times when an athlete is training on his/her own but also wearing team gear a) Do not train or race while intoxicated in any way b) Always be familiar with the bike, run and open water swim route c) Open water swims must be practiced in a group of 2 or more and at approved water fronts d) Pools should only be used when lifeguards are on duty e) Helmets must be worn on all rides f) Register with the RSF your personal vehicle before using it for a team event
