We are excited to announce that this year there will be several hours dedicated exclusively to a Vendor's Showcase where you will not have any conflicting sessions and you will have the opportunity to address the attendees over a microphone during the showcase. Thank you for registering as soon as possible to ensure your exhibit space, using the form below. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS Sunday, June 22: Set-up from 10 AM to 2:00 PM, opening at 2 PM until 5 PM Monday, June 23: 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. There will be a dedicated time to exclusively visit the exhibit hall. Tuesday, June 24: 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. There will be a dedicated time to exclusively visit the exhibit hall. RATE SCHEDULE Single Table: $350.00, Double Table $700.00, etc. There is a discount for 5 or more tables, contact Jackie Ben-Efraim at ajladmanager@gmail.com. AJL Members receive a 10% discount, bringing the cost down to $315.00 IMPORTANT INFORMATION *Prices above include a 6' x 30" box-skirted table, two chairs, a garbage can, wireless internet, access to an electrical outlet and a brief listing in the convention program book. * The hotel will accept pre-shipped materials on or after Friday, June 20th, 2013. * If you require high voltage power, wired Internet, or phone service, please indicate that on the registration form, and we will send you the form for these added charges. *** MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXHIBITORS Exhibitors receive a 25% discount on ADVERTISING. Option 2: Print a blank form, fill it out and mail it to Jackie Ben-Efraim and you will receive an invoice to mail back along with your payment. *All checks should be made payable to the Association of Jewish Libraries. **Credit card payments are processed via PayPal. After the registration deadline until two week prior to the convention date, exhibitor is entitled to one half of the full registration after the $50 nonrefundable fee is deducted.
