DONATE MY DRESS 2012 PURPLE DRESS AWARD APPLICATION
Thank you for applying for a 2012 Purple Dress Award. The Purple Dress Awards recognize the most outstanding chapters in the network with financial support to help offset the costs associated with programming and operations. Donate My Dress is proud to have Always raising $25,000 that will be divided into five, $5,000 grants.
1. You must be registered as a 501c3 and provide your EIN number below.
2. All entries are due by midnight on March 1st, 2012. Winners will be notified in mid-April.
3. All questions must be answered and in no more than 200 words each.
4. If a winner, your chapter may be called upon to share ways in which it has benefited from the grant, including photos. This may be posted on the Donate My Dress site.
