How to order:
1. Fill out this form to place your order.
2. The personal information that you will provide will be kept confidential. It will only be used to facilitate your order.
3. You can only order one shirt design for each form. Submit another form if you wish to order another shirt with a different design.
4. We will send you an e-mail with further instructions after filling out this form.
5. We will start processing your order once the payment has been made.
6. For order changes, cancellations, one-set orders, and bulk orders of 10 pieces and above, e-mail us directly at papertossdesigns@gmail.com
7. Paper Toss only produces a limited number of T-shirt designs. Your order placement is not a guarantee that a stock is still available. First-come, first-served basis.
