Thank you for your interest in booking an exhibitor space with us, please contact us first to confirm availability.

EXHIBITOR FEES - A small deposit is required to secure you place with the balance due one month prior to the event, if booking within one month of the event full payment is due.  

Fees include space or table as requested, two chairs, an opportunity to provide a free talk/demo/workshop to promote your services and inclusion in our online advertising and email marketing campaign.

THERAPISTS/PRACTITIONERS - Therapist £30 (deposit £5, balance £25), Combined Reader/Therapist £55 (deposit £10, balance £45), Combined Therapist / Retail £55 (deposit £10, balance £45)
Choose no more than THREE options.  Please ensure you have an up to date copy of your qualifications and insurance details on the day of the event for any visitors requesting them.  You will be allocated space for a couch or massage chair, two chairs and a small table.  For a combined booking you will be allocated additional space/tables/chairs where applicable.
READERS - Reader £40 (deposit £10, balance £30), Combined Reader/Retail £65 (deposit £20, balance £45), Combined Reader/Therapist £65 (deposit £20, balance £45)
Please choose no more than THREE options.  Please ensure you have your disclaimer clearly stated on your table on the day of the event.  You will be allocated a 4ft table and two chairs.  For a combined booking you will be allocated additional space/tables/chairs where applicable.

Please provide a full description of the products and/or services you will be offering and please remember to highlight anything that makes your business unique in order to assist us in helping to promote you in the run up to the event and for best space allocation.  Also, please send a photo of yourself or your products to info@loveandlightevents.co.uk for us to use to help promote you.

Event Promotion
Your help in promoting our events helps everyone, we would be grateful if you could hand out our flyers and/or put up our posters where you work or in your car to help promote both the event and to let people know you will be attending.  If you are happy to do this please state below how many A6 b&w flyers and A4 colour posters you would like.  We can alternatively email you a copy of the poster which you could email to your mailing list, post online and/or print off and distribute (please state your email address if you are happy to do this).
Please state if you are willing to donate a small gift (no more than £5 in value) to our charity Raffle

Please detail any special requirements you may have, e.g quiet location, against a wall, near an electricity point etc. We cannot guarantee we can meet these requirements but we will try our best where possible

PLEASE NOTE: Fees apply when paying by PayPal (3.4% + 20p), please provide your PayPal email address and we will send you an invoice direct from PayPal to your email account.
