Please Select the 10 Questions that You think are the MOST important to Ask All Congressional Candidates that best Represent the 10 Most Important Issues of the Occupy Movement.
Try to keep your selection to the 10 most important questions, but we will choose up to 20 questions for the final questionnaire, so if you just have to choose a few more than 10 that is ok.
Do not worry about grammar, or wording of the questions, currently we are only finalizing the focus of each questions, and we will be finalizing grammar and wording of the questions on our April 15th Call.

The final Questionnaire will have each of the 10-20 most important questions formatted into a 1-5 scale With 1 being don't agree at all and 5 being very strongly agree. Each question will be followed by additional YES/NO and open ended answers.
AGAIN, PLEASE ONLY SELECT THE 10 QUESTIONS THAT YOU THINK ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ASK CANDIDATES.
Will be prioritizing each category based on the number of questions in that category that are chosen, and then we will be prioritizing the questions within each category based on how many people choose it. There will not be more than a maximum of 20 questions on the questionnaire. Questions will be ordered by priority.
