Let's Get Crafty Giveaway: Jo Ann Fabric and Craft Store Gift Card to be used for purchases in store or online.  Prize value to be determined by number of shops that sign up for the event. Event runs 2/6-2/20.

Please enter the required fields below.  Fields with an * are required fields.  Only include links for those you are purchasing.  Each link costs $2 and must be made payable to whatsernamejewelry@yahoo.com  as a gift or a 0.50 cent fee must be included with the transaction.  If you do not send as a gift or do not include the transaction fee, your link will not be included and will be considered fee avoidance.  

Please check that all the links you provide are correct and include http://www. at the beginning of each link.  Links provided will be copied and pasted directly onto the giveaway form from the information you have included on the sign-up form.

If you provide links that haven't been paid for, they will be deleted.  For example, if you send $2 as a gift for a Facebook like and add a Twiiter Handle as well, your entry will become void.  I will not email you to check which link it was that you wanted included.  The terms of this agreement are clear.  You are paying a fee for one or more links to be added to a giveaway that will be hosted on my blog.  The winner will be announced, on my blog once the contest has ended.

If you are a blogger and would like to promote the event on your blog I will send you a document with requirements for sharing a few days before the event starts. All participants will receive an email with the post link to share on social media sites.
