Craft A Palooza Vendor Application

Event will take place on December 8th, 10am to 3pm. 6805 N. 125th Ave. Glendale, AZ 85307 Vendor booths are 10'x10'. Fee is $25 + donated raffle item. This is an indoor event. Vendors will be accepted on a first come first served basis contingent on the items being offered. Spaces available for electricity are limited and are first come first serve as well. Only one booth per business brand will be allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Scentsy Candles, etc.).

Additional Information & Rules

This will be an indoor event. Although you may use a canopy, it is not required. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, canopy, equipment, table coverings, electrical cords / power strips (if needed), or display items necessary for the duration of the event. Event hours will be 10am to 3pm. Set up will begin at 8 am. Vendors MUST unload their vehicle completely and move their vehicle to the designated parking area prior to setting up. All vendor vehicles MUST be in designated parking area by 9:30 am. Vendors are also responsible for their own set up & clean up. The event will be held at an elementary school. NO FOOD ITEMS PLEASE. VENDOR PAYMENT: We must receive booth payment in full to hold your space. Registration is not complete without payment.
