Reception Potluck *
The recital fee covers the cost of the facility rental only, so we are asking everyone to bring a food item for a Reception Potluck. Please avoid bringing anything sticky - such as cake or soda - which can create clean-up issues.
Volunteers *
We are asking for parent and student volunteers who would like to help, especially with clean up. Set Up Volunteers help before the recital by setting up tables, signage, and monitoring the reception area; Clean Up Volunteers take down tables, and make sure nothing is left in the reception area or facility itself.
