take #of tatooed members and divide by total members
Consistency - Part 1 - How many people are on your team? (e.g. have done at least one blog post this year)
Consistency - Part 2 - Of the total in prior question, how many have posted 90% of the time (e.g. 11 out of 12 months)
For people employed the whole year, 90% means 11 out of 12 months.  If you have someone who worked only part of the year, did they post 90% of the months that they worked at the library?
