Thank you for contacting us regarding your intercom system. We will need to collect some specific information about your system, and the problems that it is experiencing so that we can provide the best service possible.

After we receive your completed Intercom Request Form, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to determine the next step. In some cases, we may also require more specific information about your system.

We perform a complete and thorough service on the intercoms that we repair. That means that all of the components are checked, and all the damaged, worn and potentially faulty components are replaced. After the repairs are completed, all of the intercoms undergo bench testing.

Keep in mind that we can only repair the intercom equipment itself. Intercom systems are comprised of equipment and wiring, and their performance is also dependent on the actual installation.
