The Cascade Mycological Society is soliciting contributions for an upcoming cookbook. All proceeds from our cookbook sales will go towards supporting the CMS grant and scholarship programs. The Cookbook will feature over 100 one-of-a-kind recipes, plus anecdotes, tips, and photographs, featuring local, wild mushrooms found in our geographic region.

Here is your chance to share your best tips for cleaning, gathering, storing, pickling, drying, cooking, serving, decorating with, wearing, harvesting, and preparing mushrooms. We also want your stories! Tell us your best stories about eating or expelling mushrooms, your favorite parties and forays, or the characters you are or you know.

If we accept your contribution, we will publish your name alongside your submission and invite you to the Cookbook
Release Feast to celebrate.
