Thank you for signing your daughter/son up for Life Teen! We are so excited about the upcoming year! Here at Holy Family, we have a vibrant and Spirit-filled youth ministry program, and there are various components that go into making Life Teen successful. Our Life Teen program cannot happen by itself, but rather through the combined efforts of the whole parish communtiy. For this reason, we ask that each parent donate 5 hours of volunteer time to the program during the school year. Please consider how you are called to support the youth of our parish and fill out the form below! Thank you!!!

Life Night Event

Help clean up after a Life night

Coordinate clean-up schedule for Life Nights (set up schedule, do remider calls/emails)

Life Teen Food

Coordinate smacks (do reminder emails/calls, and coordinate any special snack requests)

Help shop for retreat/event food/supplies

Help transport food and supplies to event/retreat location

Help cook on retreats or at events

Special Events

Help coordinate special events such as Senior Wake-up, Confirmation Reception, Senior Wake Up, and End-of-the-Year Party

Prayer

Coordinate prayer partners for special times such as retreats and mission treks.

CORE Support

Help babysit for Life Teen/Edge leaders during a Life/Edge Night (Sundays after mass until about 9pm), an event, a planning meeting (2nd Wednesday of the month) or a retreat (Friday night - Sunday afternoon)

Provide a meal for a leader meeting (2nd Wednesday of hte month)
