STUDERSHIP Application Form
The Student Leadership (STUDERSHIP) Training Programme is an initiative of All for Development Foundation (ADM Foundation) aimed at reorienting and training student leaders towards strengthening their leadership qualities and strategies for the purpose of building an integrity conscious generation. The training which will be held in successions will help in promoting integrity based leadership in tertiary institutions (higher institutes of learning) across Africa, and in extension focus the attention of the teeming young undergraduates to other related developmental issues which will reduce the involvement of students in social vices within the continent.

The training is also intended to - among other things - stimulate goal-oriented thinking and behavior, promote transformational leadership processes and promote active youth participation in decision making processes.
