Questionaires for parents of children and young dependent adults
My name is Cathy Quigley and I am a final year psychology student in Dublin Business School.  By completing this questionnaire, you are not only helping me but also any future researchers looking into the affects of autism on the family setting. It may seem small, but without empirical evidence, psychologists cannot make any assumptions about the needs and issues of the parents and caregivers of children and young people with autism spectrum disorders.

You are in no way obliged to fill out this form and you may withdraw at any point. If you do chose to take part in this research, it will remain completely anonymous. The information obtained will only be used for the purposes of this specific final year research project and will not be passed on to any other parties.
