MCLA Student Leadership Conference 2012 On-Campus Registration
Conference Date: Saturday, February 4, 2012
"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility" Spider-Man
You are invited to attend the MCLA 17th Annual Student Leadership Conference. The conference day will provide you with the opportunity to examine the topic of leadership and build upon your personal leadership skills. During previous conferences, students have had the opportunity to learn from one another about leadership as well as gain useful practical skills. The conference committee expects that students attending this conference will challenge each other to expand their thinking, investigate the diversity of leadership among them, and set high standards for leadership on their campus.
The theme for our 17th annual conference is "With great power comes great responsibility." We draw this inspiration from the dynamic superhero Spiderman. We selected the theme to encourage students to take a closer look at leadership opportunities on their very own campuses and discover new ways to implement what they have learned. Experienced and new leaders will be able to assess their needs and focus on challenges, while opening a world of options from which to strengthen their experience.
Join us as a part of this exciting event! Students enjoy and look forward to this conference every year. We are working through the many conference proposals now that speak to many of the topics listed below. We look forward to seeing you in February!
