Rosetown Playhouse's "The Gift Tree" Audition Form
Please take a few moments to fill this out prior to your audition. Auditions will be held Monday, Oct 22 and Tuesday, Oct 23 from 6:30-9:00 at Roseville Area Middle School. You need only come one night. We look forward to seeing you there!

If you are filling out the form the day you plan to audition, please do so prior to 3pm. If it is after 3pm the day of the audition, please wait and fill out a paper form when you arrive.
