THE CONFERENCE
On June 16th we will convene a conference utilizing Google+ Hangouts On AIr. We will have multiple sessions running in parallel across time zones from 12-5pm EST. We will use Hangouts On Air, which means that beyond the 10 participants in the Hangout, an unlimited number of others can watch via live stream and send questions by posting comments on Google+. (All presenters will be given early access to Hangouts On Air).

THE PROCESS
Please submit your proposal for a 50 minute session by Friday May 11th at 5pm EST. People with successful proposals will be required to attend one of the training sessions via Hangout in the end of April.

THE SESSIONS
Please propose 50 minute sessions related to Google in Education, BYOD, handheld devices, web 2.0 tools, or any pertinent educational technology topics. Some examples might be "Getting Started with Google Apps: the first 10 days" to "Search Tips" to "Successfully Implementing a BYOD Program". We will select proposals on a variety of topics in order to have a a diverse set of sessions and to learn as much as possible from this first event. Please consider the format- you will have 9 other people with you in the Hangout. Ideally your topic should include both explanation/demonstration from you as well as group discussion.
