Safety of conceiving after methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy

This short survey is being conducted to assess the safety of conceiving after methotrexate treatment of an ectopic pregnancy. If you have taken methotrexate to treat an ectopic pregnancy please fill out the following survey (takes only 5 minutes). Results will be available when 75 responses have been collected and will be updated periodically thereafter as more responses are available. If you know of anyone who has taken methotrexate to treat an ectopic pregnancy, please ask her to complete this survey as well. The more information we have available, the better! This is a non-scientific study aimed at helping women who want to conceive after taking methotrexate. By filling out the survey you give your consent to participate. All data collected is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. Thank you for your time and help.
