To qualify for this scholarship, a student must:
- Be a Texas resident
- Have attended UH for at least two long semesters (Fall and Spring)
- Demonstrate financial need (must have a completed FAFSA on file)
- Have a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Be a full-time student (12 hours for an undergraduate student or 9 hours for a graduate student)
