Thank you for your interest in applying for the Calgary CAPS Fast Track Program.

Please fill out all the questions in this application form. There are a limited number of spaces in this exclusive program. Applications are reviewed by the selection committee. Successful applicants will be notified by the committee after all the applications have been reviewed.

Deadline for applying for the 2013 program is: November 19, 2012 by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

There is a $49.00 non-refundable application fee (if you are not a CAPS member), which is payable via Paypal at the time you apply.

If you lack experience, our program committee can offer recommendations for other programs that will help you build your speaking and platform skills. We do ask for your commitment to build your speaking skills, if necessary.

Application fee
After you have submitted this form, please pay the $49 non-refundable application fees using our secure PayPal system. That will complete the initial application process. Only applications that are accompanied by the application fee will be considered by the selection committee.
