Join the a foreign county's IRC channel.

Interview, through messages or IRC, foreign leaders.

Research, read wikis, find history articles, find information.

Write articles and report back to the ministry of foreign affairs.

Failure to agree will void the application.

I assert that I am loyal to the eUK, and while talking to a foreign representative, I will drop all internal politics and do my best to represent the ruling government.
