Use this form to provide Wellesley with the names and addresses of the Wellesley College Book Award recipients in your area. You may submit up to ten recipients per form.
The Office of Admission sends each recipient a congratulatory letter from the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, so having correct names and addresses is an important component of our recruitment efforts. Contact information for recipients may be obtained from the high school.
