As part of the consultation with the MOLISA on the new draft decree effecting the employment of Foreign Nationals in Vietnam, we would like assistance in completing this survey. This small survey will identify key concerns relating to hiring of Foreign Nationals in Vietnam. Legalization is not required i.e. (a) legalized at the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in the Country of Origin, or (b) authenticated at the Country of Origin’s Embassy in Vietnam, followed by legalization by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs
