FSPA District 1 2013 Workshop Registration
This year's workshop will take place on Saturday, November 2nd from 9:45am-2:30pm (see schedule) at Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, FL.  Please fill out this form in it's entirety and bring your checks to the workshop and pay at the registration desk.  Make checks payable to Choctaw High School. As requested, lunch IS included in the cost of registration.  Please indicate the number of each kind of meal you need.  Don't forget to include advisors lunches!  If you have any questions, e-mail Hilary Sintes at hilary.sintes@mail.okaloosa.k12.fl.us .  We look forward to seeing you on the 2nd!
