Hellloooooooo everyone :)

The weather is getting warmer, and I'm sure we are all getting lazier (which is not good).
And this may sound crazy, but to celebrate the beautiful weather we are now getting, we are going to have a hotpot fundraiser!!


This fundraiser will be on 4/27 in Elmhurst, Queens.
ADDRESS: 83-02a 2nd Floor Broadway Elmhurst.
(You can take the R or M to Elmhurst Ave)

NOTE: IT'S ON THE SECOND FLOOR!

Time: 5:00pm-8:00pm
(you guys are welcomed to come and leave whenever you want!!)
As for prices, we will have an entrance fee of $4. This includes: sauces, 2 drink refills, soup base, and gas!

On the next page there will be a list of the food that we will be serving. Check the ones that you would want to eat at the fundraiser. We will charge you for what you have ordered when you're there.

Register soon! Space is limited, we can only hold 50-55 people!!
NOTE: EACH PERSON NEEDS TO SIGN UP INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT FOR THE WHOLE GROUP.
If you want to sit with someone, make sure they signed up too!, or else they don't get a seat!
Bring anyone you'd like! Just make sure they fill out the form as well
