Shop with a Greyhound

Students of Pope High School Registration The goal for Shop with a Greyhound is to make a positive difference in the lives of the children we will be assisting from Brumby Elementary School. By joining our efforts, you are committing to be one of Santa’s Helpers. This will be a demanding but rewarding experience for the child you assist and to yourself. The event will require your absolute commitment. You will need to arrive at 12:00 pm SHARP on Saturday, December 15th and will need to stay until clean-up is complete around 6:00 p.m. You will be responsible for being at Pope to meet your child, being an extremely enthusiastic and positive host, spending 110% of your time and energy on our child, managing the funds, gift wrapping the presents, and cleaning up after your child leaves. The Shop with a Greyhound program will provide brunch and dinner for you. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 which includes a Shop with a Greyhound t-shirt to be worn the day of the event. Each Helper from Pope is asked to raise money towards sponsoring a child. A donation of $35 per Santa’s Helper will help to create a shopping spree of a lifetime for your child! The $15 registration fee and $35 donation is due by Thursday, November 1st. One check totaling $50 can be written to Pope High School. It is important that you register online by Wednesday, October 24th. All permission forms, application fees and donations must be turned in to room 118 in a sealed envelope by Thursday, November 1st. Important Dates: Wednesday, October 10th- Online registration open Wednesday, October 24th – Online registration closed Thursday, November 1st- $15 application fee and $35 donation due- one check may be written MoWednesday, December 12th - SWAG meeting at 7:40a.m. in theater Saturday, December 15th- SWAG 12:00p.m.-6:00p.m.
