Hoshicon 2013 Artist Alley Application
Welcome to the Artist Alley form!  We hope to have you for our 2013 year~!

Please read over the details for the Artist Alley by going to http://www.hoshicon.org

This form is used to help with all of our Artist Alley needs and reserving your Artist Alley table.  Once accepted, you will be informed if your application is approved.  All tables will be given on a first - come, first - serve basis.  

Once you receive an email about payment for a table, you will have five days in order to pay.  Please let us know if you can get payment or not in time.  All payment is through Paypal.  You will be given a Paypal email to send the money to.

We will be cycling through these until we have all of our table space filled.  After this, we will be placing all remaining artists on a waiting list.  On the waiting list, you will be called if an artist decides to drop out, upgrade, etc.

We need First and Last Name, Gender, and Birth Date of the person.  This is if you wish to have multiple people at your table and it is not required.  Please take note that people who have a full table will have one extra badge for free.  If people wish to have an Artist Alley badge and wish to act as assistants for the artist(s), please list it here as well.  These badges are discounted at $20.

This will cost extra if available.  The amount will be placed online if you request it.  Electric is on a first - come, first - serve basis.

This will not effect if you will be in the Artist Alley for Hoshicon.

Are you okay with us putting your Studio/Name on the Artist Alley Listing? *
This is a place where all of the Artists will be listed for the convention.  They will include links to that Artist's site if the Artist provides them in the portfolio.  This will be online and may be in our convention booklet.  This is a nice area for Artists to gain more business and for convention goers to know where their favorite items came from.
